Bianca Artemida Nam (she/her) is a Canadian, mixed-media artist based in Owen Sound, Ontario and recently received her BFA (Hons) with a major in Drawing and Painting, from the Ontario College of Art and Design University in Toronto, Ontario. Her practice focuses on the re-using and rebirth of images and ideas through methodologies like; collage, installation and painting in an expanded field. Her work is deeply informed by the cross pollination of analogue and digital medias; combining both synthetic and organic to illustrate a metamorphosis with each collage and installation.
Her work has been exhibited in multiple group and solo exhibitions including; Bio-Hi (2024), OCAD University's 109th Grad Exhibition, her first solo show, Floral Symphony (2024), Blanket Fort City (2024) and most recently at Artist Project Toronto(2025).
Nam was the 2024 recipient of the John Madott Fine Art Award, awarded by OCAD University.
Her collages are currently featured in the 9th, 10th and 12th Issues of Petal Projections .
